Raised in the Cayman Islands, Cara brings a dynamic and locally grounded perspective to the industry. With strong Caribbean roots, she combines deep regional insight with a broad business background to support the company’s mission of delivering advanced orthopedic solutions throughout the region.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Management, with a minor in Accounting, from the University of Tampa, Cara built a strong foundation in finance, strategy, and operations, complemented by advanced professional training in accounting. She spent over a decade at a Big Four audit firm in the Cayman Islands, where she held various management roles and developed extensive experience leading teams, advising clients, and delivering complex projects.

Having built her career in the Cayman Islands, Cara brings a strategic, results-driven approach to the medical field, focused on supporting healthcare professionals and improving patient outcomes.
