Born and raised in the Cayman Islands, James brings a dynamic, globally-informed perspective to the medical orthopedics industry. With strong Caribbean and Jamaican roots, he combines local insight with international experience to support the company’s mission of delivering advanced orthopedic solutions throughout the region.

After graduating from Harrow School in London, James pursued a degree in Pure Physics at the University of Newcastle, where he developed a rigorous analytical foundation and a passion for innovative technology. Now back in the Cayman Islands, he is dedicated to applying his academic background and strategic mindset to the rapidly evolving medical field, with a focus on improving patient outcomes and supporting orthopedic professionals.

Outside of work, James is an avid golfer, motorsport enthusiast, and enjoys spending time on the water—reflecting his deep connection to the island lifestyle and his drive for excellence both personally and professionally.
